چکیده

The purpose of this study was to determine the effects aerobic exercise on carotid femoral pulse wave velocity (cf-PWV), cell adhesion molecules (intracellular (ICAM-1), vascular (VCAM-1), endothelial selectin (E-selectin), and oxidized LDL in elderly women aged 70–85 years, identify effect correlation with stiffness. Forty participants were recruited divided into three groups; stiffness (VSG, n = 14), obesity (OG, normal (NG, 12). All groups given a 16-week intervention exercise, data collected before after analyzed using SPSS Ver. 23.0. Two-way repeated-measures ANOVA used evaluate between-group time-dependent interaction effects. One-way variations. In addition, significance tested post hoc test (Scheffe). within-group variations by time examined paired t-test, analysis performed Pearson coefficients. Simple regression for variables showing significant differences. results indicate cf-PWV (p < 0.001), VCAM-1 0.01), E-selectin 0.05), 0.001). rate change positively correlated that (r 0.352, p 0.05) 0.325, statistical significance. To VCAM-1, tested, coefficient determination 0.124, indicating 12.4% fit standard line. also 0.106, 10.6% Thus, regular consistent program had cf-PWV, ICAM-1, E-selectin, Korean stiffness, suggesting improvements based which is predicted contribute prevention dysfunction lowering risk cardiovascular disease due atherosclerosis, as well having positive impairment cells.
